With broken hearts, we announce the passing of my beloved dad, John O’Hara, aged 92, on Friday 7th August.

Beloved husband to Josie, loving father to Barry, father in law to Lisa, grandfather to Leeanne, Aidan and Mollie, great grandfather and a proud great-great-grandfather. A dearly loved brother and uncle, he will be sadly missed by his brother, sister, nieces, nephews and the wider family.

John will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Directors, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast. Anyone wishing to pay their respects are welcome to call (family will be in attendance Monday & Tuesday evening).

A Requiem Mass shall be held on Thursday 13th August at 11.30am at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Shore Road, Newtownabbey BT37, followed by cremation in Newtownabbey crematorium at 1pm.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest peacefully, Dad. You will never be forgotten.
