O’NEILL (nee Gormley) Brigid, died peacefully at home, 4 Hillview Avenue Donaghmore, surrounded by her family on 19th March 2026. Beloved wife of the late Malachy and mother of Michael (Edel) and John. Sister of Anne Marie Quinn (Mark), Drumfad and the late Anthony Gormley (Annie), Cranlome.

Devoted grandmother of Aoife and Aoibh O’Neill.

Brigid will be reposing at 47 Gortnagola Rd BT703BD (Drumbearn) from 6pm Thursday 19th March 2026 to 10pm and from 12 noon to 10pm on Friday 20″ March 2026.

Brigid will leave Drumbearn at 10.30am on Saturday 21st March 2026 for her funeral mass in St Patricks Chapel Donaghmore at 11am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, daughter in law, granddaughters, sister, nephews and nieces, wider family circle and friends. Our Lady of Knock pray for her and look after her.
