We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Geraldine O’Neill née Heaney, peacefully at Cornfield Care Home, Limavady on the 25th of December 2022.

Late of 13 Mountjoy Street. May she rest in peace.

Loving wife of the late Louis. Devoted mother of Jim, John, Vincent, Damian and Deirdre. Dearest mother-in-law of Carmel, Caroline, Catherine, Viv and Charles. A much loved granny and great-granny to all of her grandchildren. Loving sister of Nuala, Aidan, Gabrielle, Noel, Paul and the late Anna, Bosco and Niall. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Geraldine’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Deirdre’s residence, 52 Hatmore Park, from 2pm on Monday 26th December. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 28th December at 11:20am for 12pm requiem mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. Burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake House Strictly Private from 9pm till 2pm.
