O’NEILL Sarah Ann (Sally) Died on May 19th 2021, peacefully at Parkdean Nursing Home.
Dearly-loved wife of the late Samuel, loving mother of Jane, Samuel and daughter-in-law Maureen, beloved grandmother to Janine, Sarah and Jackie and great-grandmother of Sarah Jane, Alisse and Zachariah.
The Funeral will be private due to the current Government restrictions.
Donations in memory, if desired, to Alzheimer’s Society NI, 30 Skegoneill Street, Belfast, BT15 3JL.
Always loved and remembered. Till we meet again
