Jakub, dearly loved son of Jolanta and Roman, loving brother of Dawid, twin Julia and Dominika, uncle of Lena, godfather of Igor, and dear friend of Carleen.

Requiem Mass in St. Malachy’s Church, Coleraine on Thursday at 11.30 a.m., followed by a private cremation.
