OWENS (née Duffy) Lisa – R.I.P. 27 Seafin Road, Killeavy, Newry. 24th September 2024, peacefully at home.
Beloved wife of Peadar and loving mummy of Emma and Hannah, predeceased by her father Bobby and her father-in-law Paddy – R.I.P.
Lisa’s remains will repose at her home tomorrow (Wednesday 25th September) and Thursday (26th September) from 12 noon until 9pm each day. A one way traffic system will be in operation for the duration of the wake. A shuttle bus will run from Killeavy GAC from 5pm until 9pm on both evenings.
House private on Friday please. Lisa’s remains will be removed from her home on Friday (27th September) at 1.00pm, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2.00pm in St Joseph’s church, Meigh. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
The cortège will proceed on foot to the end of the lane, where we will get into cars and drive over the Seafin Road to Meigh Primary School.
We will stop at Meigh Primary School and carry Lisa on her final journey over to St. Joseph’s church in Meigh for Requiem Mass at 2.00pm.
Those who have followed Lisa’s cortège from her home are invited to park their cars in the school car park.
Those who are attending the Requiem Mass may park in the church car park.
Very deeply regretted by her loving husband, daughters, mother Ruby, siblings Caroline, Annmarie, Cathy and Robert, mother-in-law Brigid, brothers-in-law Gareth, John, Colin, Liam, Michael and Pat, sister-in-law Fiona, Robert’s partner Janice, nephews, nieces and extended family circle and friends.
