PARKES John. Passed away at his home 16th July 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

Loving and devoted husband of Sharon. Much loved dad of Colin and Ben. Very proud grandfather of Sophia and Blake.

A Service of Thanksgiving for John’s life will be held in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 11.00 a.m.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to Whitehead Railway Museum c/o S&J Irvine Funeral Directors.

John will be sadly missed and always loved and remembered by his entire family circle.
