Patrick was such a lovely kind genuine person whom I had the pleasure to work for. He had such a lovely way with people and showed great kindness to myself and my family. I still remember stuff he taught us and will always remember attention to detail! Condolences to all his family, From the Rooney family.

Sincere condolences to the whole Harte family. My years with Patrick have been a huge positive influence over me as a pharmacist and as a person. I met my husband while working for Patrick who is also sweet natured. He was such a positive force for good who did a lot for young people. I will always his stories and he will live on through all of us forever. Go in peace Patrick, you were admired and loved.

Sending my deepest sympathy to Marion and family. Patrick was one of those people once you’ve met him you never forget him, a little bit of him stays with you wherever you go. He was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about people. Patrick found me outside his 1st shop in Finaghy as I waited each morning to catch the bus to my then work. We would chat each morning and then one day he offered me the opportunity to come trial for a job. I took the job and was with him almost 20years. He taught me so much about customer care and in a way shaped the person I am today. I still talk about Patrick and tell stories about him to my staff all the way in Australia. I’m so lucky to have had Patrick in my life. You will be sorely missed Patrick. Nicola

Patrick, A friend and a true gentleman, gracious and with such a warm heart.. a most generous person to all around him. He gave so much in many different ways. He will be sorely missed. RIP Patrick, we thought you had won your health battle.. alas, gone too soon. Sincere condolences to Marian, and children Teresa, Michael, Sarah and Kevin and to all who loved him. Sending my heartfelt sympathies to all the Harte family. I have the fondest memories and many fabulous stories to tell from my brief time under Patrick’s tutorship. Like many pharmacy ‘waifs and strays’, he passed down grounding and guidance and the most wonderfully worded phrases and colourful anecdotes. In recent years it was always a joy to bump into Patrick at the odd Tyrone game - for a swift pint and catch-up. He was one of a kind and a true gentleman who left a little wisdom with everyone he met. Rest In Peace, Patrick. Dara (the boy with the kind face)

Thank you Patrick for the pharmacy rehab. I wasn't particularly enthused by my first 2 years in Queens, but I loved working for him. I would say the best thing I learnt from him was to take a genuine interest in the person standing in front of you. I have regaled manys a story or piece of advice he gave, over the years. Sincere condolences to the family. Féilim.
