POOTS (nee Martin) Karen, 3rd August 2025. Peacefully at hospital aged 76 years, after a short illness.

Dearly loved wife of the late Brian Poots and much loved partner of the late John McClean. Devoted mum to Jonathan and Kara-Lyn. Following the death of her own mother, Karen was also mother to her younger siblings Simon, Reuben, the late Philip and Robin, her older siblings Wendy, Sally and the late Mabel. Cherished nanny to Susan, Thomas, Finlay and Evie Belle.

A service to celebrate the life of Karen will be held in Ronnie Thompson’s Funeral Church, 20 Ballinderry Road, Lisburn, BT28 1UF on Thursday 7th August at 1.30pm. Followed by burial in Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris.

Karen will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all the family.
