Jean PORTER (née McIlroy)

The Husband, Children and Family of the late Jean Porter, Upperlands wish to thank everyone who sympathised and supported them during their recent sad bereavement. We wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who visited the home, sent cards, telephoned, brought food, attended the wake and funeral and also to those who gave donations in Jean’s memory to Alzheimer’s Society. We wish to thank the Reverend Jonathan Brown for conducting the funeral service, which was both personal and heartfelt. A special thanks to all the Staff in Ann’s Homecare who supported Harry and helped care for Jean in recent years. Thanks to the Staff at Coleraine Hospital who cared for Jean in her final week, with such love and professionalism. We would also like to thank Kieran and the Staff from Walshs Hotel, who supported the family during the wake and also catered after the funeral. Finally, a special thanks to Helen and her Staff of D Watters Funeral Services for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a compassionate and professional manner and for their support during this difficult time. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
