QUAIL (née McComiskey) Briege 19th August 2026, , peacefully at Downe Hospital surrounded by her loving family, dearly beloved wife of the late Wilfred, much loved mother of Deirdre, Peter, Patricia, Anne, James, Donna and the late John, a dear mother-in-law, loving grandmother and great-grandmother, much loved sister of Seamus, Pat and the late Mairead. May She Rest In Peace.

Requiem Mass will be held in St. Patricks Church, Downpatrick on Saturday 22nd August at 11:00am. Interment afterwards in Struell Cemetery.

Briege shall be reposing in Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Home, 51 Church Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6EH on Thursday 20th August 6pm – 8pm and Friday 21st from 2pm – 4pm (with family present). Requiem Mass can be viewed online.
