Family acknowledgement & months mind Mass

The family of the late Jim Quinn wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us, on the loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

To all those who called at the wake, attended the funeral, brought mass cards, sent messages and posted on social media, we are so thankful and appreciate them all. We would like to thank all those who brought food, assisted with parking and helped out at the family home.

A special word of thanks to Fr Tremer, for his guidance and support following the death of Jim, for his heartfelt celebration of requiem mass and for such fitting words. Thank you to the Sacristan and the Eucharistic Ministers.
To Margaret Anne, Patrick and Plunkett for providing the music and singing, which added so much to the beautiful funeral mass; thank you.
To Ardboe O’Donovan Rossa GFC, the staff of J&K Coaches and Holy Trinity College for their support and guards of honour, which were so dignified.
To Conan and Pat of Lavery’s Funeral Directors, thank you for the professional and dignified manner in which you carried out Jim’s funeral. Your help and support was invaluable to us. And to Gerard and Finn for preparing the grave.
Thanks also to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Coagh surgery, John and the staff of Coagh Pharmacy for their care of Jim throughout the years.

We are overwhelmed by the support and kindness we have received. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Jim’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 7.30pm in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Ardboe and can also be viewed on the Church Webcam.
