Steven REVELS

Steven’s partner Kelly, son Noah and the Revels family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all that supported and sympathised with us during our recent very sad bereavement.
We would like to especially mention Steven’s neighbours Stella, Breige, Girvan, Paul and Gayle, who came to Noah’s assistance when Steven became seriously ill after suffering a brain aneurysm.
To the paramedics and staff in the ICU at Craigavon Area Hospital, we thank you all so much for the amazing care given to Steven in his final hours.
To everyone that called at our home, telephoned, sent messages of sympathy, brought food and flowers and also to our wonderful friends, neighbours and family who made sure everyone got a cup of tea or coffee ,we sincerely thank you.
It has been a great comfort to us all to know that Steven was so well liked, respected and loved by all who knew him down through the years.
We would like to thank Kim from Fastway couriers for all her helpful assistance after Steven’s passing.
To Reverend Claire Aylward and Reverend Elaine Pentland for the beautiful funeral service and for all at Kilmore Parish Church who helped in any way. To Mrs Lindsey McConomy for providing the music and also helping with the memory video of Steven that was played in church. To Glenn and Jamie for the very moving pipes and drum tribute to Steven , we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you also to Daphne Scott of Hilltop Catering for providing the beautiful refreshments after the funeral service and to Crossgar Masonic for the use of their hall.
Steven was a very caring person and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed so it seemed very fitting to support the Air Ambulance NI Charity. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, it was greatly appreciated.
Thank you also to Mr Tom Edgar and last but not least our sincere thanks to Martin, Claire, Gordon and Charlie of Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Directors who carried out their duties above and beyond. Their help, kindness, compassion and professionalism was very much appreciated by all our family.
Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. Steven was our much loved ‘gentle giant’. May he rest in peace.
