Date of Death: Saturday 7th December 2024

We the family of the late Evelyn R.I.P. wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement.
A special thanks to Fr Crowley P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance, pastoral care and Fr Chris McDermott C.C. for celebrating the Requiem Mass.
Thanks to Una McGill for the very fitting and beautiful music; the church sacristan Rosetta and Wishy Drain who prepared the grave.
We wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped us during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.
Sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff of Garvagh Health Centre, in particular Dr Andrew Wilson, Lynne and Conal from the District Nursing team for the kindness, care and consideration they gave to Evelyn and all the family during her illness.
Thanks also to the staff of Wilkinsons pharmacy.
Thanks to Dr Ahmed Bedair and the staff at the Altnagelvin Cancer Centre and to the staff of Causeway Hospital who treated Evelyn during her illness.
Heartfelt thanks to Enya Conway from the Northern Ireland Hospice Community Care Team as well the Marie Curie nurses and carers from Glencaring who cared for Evelyn with such dedication and compassion in her final weeks.
Finally a very special thanks and expression of gratitude to Michael-óg, Gregory, John and all at McKiernan and Sons Funeral Directors for the empathetic compassionate, dignified and professional manner in which they guided our family throughout the funeral arrangements. We are truly grateful, in particular to Michael-óg, for the care and guidance shown to us as a family during this extremely difficult time.
