ROONEY George, (Rathfriland) died suddenly at home on 16th September 2025.

Beloved husband of Gráinne. Much loved father of John and Emma. Loving son of the late John and Sarah Rooney and cherished brother of Mary, Mena, Angela, Catherine, Peter, Eamon, Gerald, Pauline and Gregory, also the late Willie, Sean, Anne, Robert and Stephen RIP.
