ROONEY (nee Beggs) Colleen – 28th February 2024. Peacefully at her home 17 Tonagh Mews, Lisburn surrounded by her loving family.

Dearly beloved wife of Jimmy Rooney and much loved mum of Christopher, Anne-Marie and husband Tony, Kevin and partner Kathy. A devoted nanny of Linzi, Declan, Molly and Ultan. Great nanny of Che, Keeley, Tighearnan, and Reuban. Dear sister of Gerald, Brian and the late John R.I.P.

Colleen’s remains will be removed from her home (address as above) on Saturday 2nd March 2024 at 9.15am to St Patrick’s Church, Chapel Hill, Lisburn for 10.00am requiem mass. Burial afterwards in St Colman’s Church Cemetery, Dromore. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Sons, daughter and family circle.
