The family of the late Rose McNally of Cavanakeeran Road, Pomeroy, would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind family, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr. Moore PP, for his spiritual support and guidance, and for celebrating Rose’s Requiem Mass, which was made so special by the beautiful music and singing by Andrea Begley and Patrick Slevin.

The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Rose over the last number of years, especially Marie Grant, and the amazing staff of Fairfields Nursing Home in Cookstown; who looked after her like she was their own mother. We owe you all a debt of thanks that can never be repaid.

We are grateful to all those who supported us, attended the wake, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages, expressed their condolences via telephone and social media, and those who made generous donations in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer’s Research UK.

A special word of thanks to those who helped at the wake, made food, helped with parking and lighting, the gravediggers who prepared Rose’s grave with great care, the sacristans, the Rusty Keg staff, and anyone else who helped in any way.

Thank you to those who stood along the route to the chapel, those who joined us at the Funeral Mass and Burial, and those who viewed the Mass online.

We would sincerely like to thank Kate McAleer Funeral Directors for their very efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
