Brendan (Barney) RUSSELL
We, the family and partner of the late Barney Russell, would like to express our deepest and heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who supported us during our recent loss. Thanks to everyone who called with us, attended the funeral home, sent cards, attended the funeral and helped in any way.
Thanks to Canon Fleck for conducting the requiem mass and his attentiveness to Barney during his illness. Thanks to Finbarr Keaveney for the beautiful singing during the mass.
Thank you to the Eucharist ministers and those that helped within the church. A special word of thanks to all who helped care for Barney – The nurses and doctors within Dundrum and Clough Surgery, The carers from Lydian Care, The NI hospice nurse Oliver, and to the staff of Marie Curie Hospice. Thanks to Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Barney’s month’s mind Mass will be held on Saturday 30th November at 6.30pm, Sacred Heart Church, Dundrum
