SMYTH – 3rd October 2020 – peacefully at The Cottage Care Home, Sarah (Sally), late of 11 Carthall Park, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of Thomas (Tommy), much loved mother of Tom, Neil, Craig and Jason, mother-in-law of Clare, Bev, Kathryn and Carleen, devoted nanny of Sarah, Rachel, Helena, Joe, Lauren, Jack and Ellie and dear sister of Elaine and the late Bobby.

Due to government guidelines a private family funeral will take place at Roselawn Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished, to Dementia NI
