Date of Death: Tuesday 20th September 2022 Town: Dungannon
Date of Death: Tuesday 20th September 2022

The family of the late Seánna Corr would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement of a much loved wife, mother, daughter and sister.

We would especially like to thank the Dungannon District Nursing Team who supported Seánna during her illness, Dr. Fenton and the team in Mandeville Unit at Craigavon Hospital and the palliative care team.

We very much appreciate the support from relatives, especially Seánna’s  sisters-in-law who provided such dignified care and support, and friends and neighbours who helped during this difficult time.

Thank you to those who sent Mass cards and thoughtful messages of sympathy and those who provided food and refreshments.

To those who lined the route, attended the funeral or called to the house, we are truly grateful.

We extend a special thanks to Father McCamley for his support and comforting words during the Requiem Mass and to Brian Mills for the lovely music.

Thank you to Kate McAleer, Funeral Directors, for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and the great support to the family throughout.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a small gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude and appreciation.

Seánna’s Months Mind Mass will take place on Friday 21st October at 7:30pm in St. Patricks Church, Dungannon.

Book of Condolences

Sending all our love and strength to Ciaran, Niall and Eva, Harry, Rosealla and their families. Seanna was such a lovely, warm person. I have fond memories of her, and her gorgeous smile, on visits to Ireland and when she visited London. It is incredibly sad that she has been taken far too soon. Love from Mee-Ling, Matthew and the Skeffington family xxx

Seánna was truly one of a kind, she inspired my love of language as a student in the college and I have always considered her one of my best teachers and an incredible role model for girls and women that encountered her. Truly saddened by this news and sincere condolences to her family.
