It is with a heavy heart and deep regret that we announce the untimely passing away on Saturday 24 June 2023 of Vimal Govindji Shah of Lisburn, Belfast. Originally from Eldoret (Kenya) and Sanderstead, Surrey.

Devoted partner to Eilish. Son of Govindji Ramji Shah and Late Amratben Govindji Shah. Loving brother of Naina, Nalin, Sadhna and Tushar. Fond brother-in-law of late Kiran, Minoti, Kishore and Shilpa. Affectionate uncle and uncle-in-law of Shrey, Rima, Paayal, Rishi, Seloni, Sumit, Aanika, Kumar, Kushal, Louise and Sohini. Loving step father of Dervla, Michael, Ciara and Tommy. Adoring grandad of Rory, Conor, Senan, Annie and grand uncle of Niam.

A special gentleman who will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the entire family circle and all who knew him. Forever in our thoughts. Vimal’s remains will leave his late residence on Monday July 3rd to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Chapel Lane for Service at 10.00am.
