SHARKEY William Gerald (Gerry) , 23rd June 2026, WILLIAM GERALD (GERRY), cherished husband of the late Bróna, beloved father of Louise and the late Gregory and Jeremy, much loved father in law of Gary, devoted grandfather of Matthew, Elena, Jeremey, Reámann and Kirsten, great-grandfather of Emily, Zac, Raphael and Nico, dear brother of Tom, Eileen, Colette, Joan and the late Noel, Mary and Raymond, and a loving cousin and brother to Benny.

Gerry will be reposing at his home, 78A Templegrove, on Wednesday 24th June from 2:00pm. Family time please from 9:00pm to 12:00 Noon. Funeral leaving his home at 10:20am on Friday 26th June to St. Joseph’s Church, Galliagh, for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry.
