SHIELDS (née Conachy) Mary (Tina) January 16, 2022, unexpectedly, in the dedicated care of the staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Beloved wife of John and dear mother of Jacqueline (Carron), Michael, Caroline and David. Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Maisie and brother Brendan. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing husband, daughters, sons, brothers and sisters; Patsy, Billy, Carol, Ann and Seán, son-in-law Keith, daughter-in-law Darelle, Caroline’s partner Roger, grandchildren Dylan, Alex, Brannon, Cara, Rhys and Emily, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Peter, Dan and Ann, Frances and Peter, Rosemary, Mickey and Arthur, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.

Reposing at her home for family and close friends.

Removal tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.35am, proceeding on foot to St Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, Newry, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Lordship Cemetery, Jenkinstown, Dundalk. Current COVID guidelines apply.
