The family of the late Jack Simpson would like to thank everyone who supported and sympathised with them after Jacks passing. Thank you to the staff at ward 7c at the Royal Victoria Hospital, the district nurses from Comber Health Centre and a special thank you to Jacks carer’s Olivia & Maria for their devotion and care shown to Jack. Also to Rev Nick Cooper & Robin Fairburn for all their support and beautiful funeral service.

Thank you to Norman, Mark & Donna of Norman McBriar & Son Funeral Directors to the dignified manner during the funeral arrangements. We would also like to thank all our friends and neighbours who supported us, sent cards, flowers and called at the home. Finally thanking everyone who sent donations for ward 7c.
