SINCLAIR (née Patton) Elizabeth Hazel died on April 17th 2021, very peacefully at home, 2 Castle Road, Cookstown.
Elizabeth Hazel, beloved wife of the late Andy, much loved mother of Philip and Bryan and mother-in-law of Alison, devoted grandma of Alyssa, Katelyn and Nathan, treasured twin sister of Olive and dearest sister of Iris and Billy.
Funeral service in Derryloran Parish Church on Tuesday, 20 April at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
(Due to current restrictions the church service will be for limited numbers, for those unable to gain access the service will be streamed live on Derryloran Parish Church Facebook page)
