SLATER Kathryn – Passed away peacefully at her home on 27th July 2026. Beloved wife of Greg, devoted and much-loved mother of Millie, cherished daughter of Philomena and Willie, and dearly loved sister of Joanne, Patrick, Colin and Seamus. Kathryn will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving family, extended family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The Funeral Mass for Mrs Kathryn Slater, of Wembley, will be celebrated in St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 3 Salvado Road, Subiaco, commencing at 3.30 pm on Thursday, 13th August 2026. A private cremation will follow. A Mass will also be celebrated in Kathryn’s memory in Derry, Ireland. Details will be announced in due course.

In keeping with Kathryn’s wishes and in recognition of a charity she generously supported, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Foyle Hospice, Derry. Your support of this wonderful organisation would be a fitting tribute to Kathryn’s memory. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her soul.
