SMITH Declan. Went home to Jesus on 16th April 2026, loving husband of Cherie, devoted stepfather of Brogán and Caoimhán, darling son of Maureen and Tony, dear brother of Tony and his partner Grainne, much loved son-in-law of Liam and Paula Kelly and a dear brother-in-law, uncle and nephew.

Declan will be reposing in his parents home, 10 Deanery Street on Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 8 pm. Funeral service will take place in W.J. O’Brien and Son’s Funeral Home, Eglinton, BT473PU, on Monday at 1 o’clock. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
