SMITH Patrick (Pat) died peacefully at hospital surrounded by his loving family 27th October 2026. Beloved husband to Annemarie. A loving father to Denise, Grainne, Matthew and Catherine. A devoted grandfather to all his grandchildren. Brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. R.I.P.

Pat will arrive home to 11 Gransha Drive on Thursday evening. By request Thursday will be strictly family only, anyone wishing to call and pay their respects are welcome to do so from 12pm – 9pm Friday onwards. Pat will leave on Monday 2nd November at 9.30am for 10am funeral service in St Teresa’s Church, followed by burial in Milltown Cemetery. Family flowers only but donations may be sent to NI Hospice (Direct). St. Padre Pio, pray for him.
