ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The family of the late Kay Smyth & Ted Smyth, who suddenly passed away just 26 days apart (31st December 2024 & 26 January 2025) would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported them during their recent bereavements.
Many thanks to those who attended the wakes and funerals, some who travelled a great distance to be there with us.
We are deeply touched by the kindness from our entire family circle and friends, with all your condolences, mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, wreaths, food and thoughtful gestures provided solace to us during this difficult time. Thank you also to those who sent messages of support, Your support did not go unnoticed. We will never forget the love and kindness shown to us.
Special thanks to our Aunts, Uncles & Cousins for always being there, for their endless love and support and lifting our spirits, we couldn’t have done it without you.
A big thank you to the staff at the Mater Hospital Ward A (special thanks to Doctor Daniel Austin) and the paramedics who attended our home for their impeccable care. Your dedication, support, kindness, humor and compassion will never be forgotten.
Heartfelt appreciation to Father Raymond McCullagh, Sean & Damian for celebrating their beautiful funeral services and attendance at the Graveside, and for the numerous visits to our home and the hospital which brought great comfort to our family.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to O’Neill’s Funeral Directors for their kindness, comfort, exceptional care and professionalism throughout this difficult time, especially Bronagh, Michael Senior and Michael Junior for going above and beyond our expectations in the level of sensitivity, compassion and care they provided at all times we cannot thank you enough.
There are many more people deserving of our thanks and we trust that this notice serves as a huge thank you to you all.
May Kay & Ted Rest In Eternal Peace. Back Together In Their Loving Arms Again.
