SWEENEY (née Mc Elroy) Annie, April 1 2026, 33 Garden City, Derry and formerly of Strabane. Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mother of Mary, John, Gerard and Anne and sister of Nuala, Zita and the late Bridget, Peggy, Danny, Denis, John and Pat.

Reposing at her home on Saturday (April 4) from 2.00pm. Funeral leaving her home on Monday (April 6) at 9.30am for Requiem Mass in St Patrick`s Church, Pennyburn at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in St Mar`s Cemetery, Melmount, Strabane. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, eleven grandchildren, sisters and family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am and on the morning of the funeral.
