Thomas James (Tom) Lewis died on the 31st October 2020. Peacefully at home, Lavin House, Knockahollet, after a short illness. Much loved husband of Shauna, loving father of Stephen, Brian, Sophie, Olivia and Conor, proud grandfather to Jason, Emma and Harrison and great-grandfather to Oliver.

Sadly, the funeral service will be private and limited to immediate family.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, to Marie Curie.

Tom will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family.
