We the family of the late Thomas (Tom) McGrath wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised & supported us in our recent bereavement.
We were deeply touched by so many cards, flowers, food and messages and for the generous donations to our chosen charities, they all brought so much comfort.
Our deepest thanks to Dean Donaghy for the beautiful requiem mass & for visiting dad during his illness. We would also like to thank all who contributed to the service including Brian Mills and Amanda Kerr for the beautiful singing & Stephen Mallon for the beautiful flowers.
Special thanks to all the Doctors, nurses and carers who took care of dad especially the Acute Care Team and the District Nursing team, we will always remember your kindness & will forever be grateful.
Thanks also to the staff and members of Willowbank for their very special guard of honour.
We especially want to thank Kate McAleer for her professional and dignified funeral arrangements.
To those who helped in any way your contribution made our loss more bearable, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
Months Mind Mass will be on Friday 23rd July at 7.30pm in St Patrick’s Church, Dungannon.
McGrath (Dungannon) 23rd June 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, Thomas (Tom).
Dearly beloved husband to Yvonne (née Sutton). Cherished by his children Michelle (Cartmill), Jeanette (McKiver), Thomas, Fiona, Dominic and the late Martin RIP and his sons-in-law Stephen and Conor.
Much loved brother to Mary (Rafferty), Colette (McVey), Martin and the late Dominic and Joe RIP.
Brother-in-law to Gerard, Columba, Anne and Anna, Bernie, Gerry, Kevin, Rosie, Jacinta, Cecilia and the late Johnny, Eddie and Terry RIP.
Adored by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tom will repose at home, 23 Windmill Drive BT717BU until removal tomorrow evening (Thursday) to Saint Patrick’s Church for 5:30pm per his own wishes.
Our Lady pray for him.
Tom’s Requiem Mass will take place at 10am Friday morning, interment afterwards in Carland road cemetery.
Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, daughters, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, entire family circle, neighbours and friends.
