TREANOR Briege (Holywood, formerly Newry) R.I.P. Died May 14, 2026, peacefully at Carlingford Lodge Care Home. Daughter of the late John and Patsy Treanor. Sister of Pat Mooney and the late Jim, John, Brian, Frank, Anne McCormick, Kate Ryan and Marie Hollywood. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at the home of her sister, Mrs Pat Mooney, ‘The Lodge’, 10 Windsor Avenue, Newry, today Saturday from 2.00pm until 9.00pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on tomorrow Sunday in St Mary’s Church, Barr, at 2.00pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sister, sisters-in-law Anne Treanor (Dublin) and Leonie Treanor (Camlough), nephews, nieces, grand nieces, grand nephews, family circle and friends.
