TREANOR (née McParland) Kathleen (formerly Drumalane, Newry) died 12th September 2026 peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Kathleen RIP. Wife of the late John and much-loved mother of James, Sandra, John, Sheila, Bernadette and Catherine. Sister of Josephine, Jane, Rose, Pater, Brendan, Charlie, Gerard and the late Kieran and Eamon. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose in Charles Digney and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry, BT35 6HZ on Sunday and Monday from 6pm – 8pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 12:30pm in Chapel of Ease Monkshill. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.
