Acknowledgement
On behalf of our family, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported us during this tough time.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the paramedics for their efforts and for the compassionate support shown through those incredibly difficult moments.
Our thanks to Fr Patrick Devlin for his spiritual guidance and for the beautiful, fitting way he celebrated Fiónnuala’s short but precious life. We are also deeply grateful to Fr Martin Magill for his contribution and for being with us at the crematorium.
A special thanks to the Mallon brothers, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and the comfort they provided during this time.
We are so thankful to Louis McVeigh for his heartfelt contribution to Fiónnuala’s funeral mass.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to The Pump House, Stacked, Iceland, Ulster University, and to everyone who brought refreshments to our home. A special mention to the wonderful ladies who ran the kitchen, making tea, coffee and providing food to all who gathered with us.
Our sincere thanks to MCA Design & Print for creating the beautiful mass booklets.
We want to thank our wider GAA family, particularly our own club O’Donovan Rossa, for their respectful gestures, and for the beautiful guard of honour they gave to Fiónnuala.
We are also deeply touched by the kindness of those who sent flowers to our home – your gestures of love and sympathy have not gone unnoticed.
Finally, we want to express our deepest appreciation to all of our family, friends, and our local community for the comfort, support, and respect shown to us during this time. Your kindness continues to sustain us day by day.
We are forever grateful and truly blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives. Mass has been offered for all your intentions in Medjugorje.
Our precious Fiónnuala’s Months Mind Mass will take place in St. John’s Church at 6pm on Saturday, 10th May.
God bless,
The Walsh Clann
