We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Teresa Ward née McCafferty, suddenly at her home on 7th September 2024.

Late of 21 Lislane Drive. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of Liam. Devoted mother of Colette, Teresaann and the late William David. A much loved mother-in-law of Gerald and the late Pearce. Loving granny of Gerald, Ruairi, Eimeár and Erin. Dearest sister of Liz and Aloysius. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Teresa’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 21 Lislane Drive from 6pm this evening Sunday 8th September. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 10th September at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
