WARD (neé McShannon) Marie Teresa, passed away peacefully 4th February 2025 at the Mater Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Seamus, mother of the late Frances, Claire and Susanne RIP. Much -loved Granny of Tony, Oonagh, Pauline, Sarah, Aiden, Jake, Finn, Lana, Callum and the late Leigh and Zack RIP. Cherished great-granny and great, great granny. Sister of Ann and the late John, brother-in-law of Willie sister-in-law of Patsy and Ethna. She will be sadly missed by her nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family circle and friends.

Marie will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast. Family will be in attendance Thursday 6th February between 5.00pm-8.00pm. Requiem Mass will be held on Friday 7th February at 10.00am in St Brigid’s Church, Derryvolgie Avenue followed by burial in Milltown Cemetery. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
