WEAVER Jon died on 21st July 2021, peacefully at hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Dearly loved husband of Elaine and devoted father of Aston and Harley.
Sadly due to current government guidelines house and funeral will be strictly private.
No flowers please, donations may be made in lieu, if desired to Marie Curie c/o Charles Rourke & Sons Funeral Directors
