The family circle of the late Robert Wightman wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev Michael Davidson for conducting the Service of Thanksgiving and for his words of comfort and prayers. Thanks to the family doctor, Dr Ruddell at LPCCC for his unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations, cheques payable to Almost Home Animal Rescue N.I. c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors or online via www.ronniethompson.co.uk. Sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

WIGHTMAN, Robert James – 23rd February 2025. At hospital, aged 82 years. Late of Lenwood Hill, Lisburn.

Beloved husband of the late Mavis. Loving and much loved dad of Steven, Philip and Tracy. Dear father in-law to Lotte and Helen. Proud granda to Satya, Shae, Lucas, Sarah and James.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Railway Street Presbyterian Church on Friday 28th February at 2pm followed by a committal at Roselawn Crematorium. House Private.
