Billy will rest at James Brown & Sons, 535 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7GQ before a private funeral service which will be held on Friday 12th June 2020 at Dundonald Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made payable by cheque to Lisburn YMCA.
