Frizzel – July 11th 2020, William James (Billy) in his 85 year (peacefully) at Hillside Lodge Care Home and late of Norham, Berwick-upon Tweed, beloved husband of Betty (nee Bickerstaff) and much loved father of Heather, Sarah and Ruth, a dearly loved father-in-law of Colin and loving Granda to Andrew, Samuel and James.
