The family circle of the late Ruby Willis wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Stephen McElhinney for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. Thanks to the family doctor, Dr. Palmer, and to the stff of Ward 2B at Belfast City Hospital for their unfailing care and attention. Sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. WILLIS, Rebecca (Ruby) nee Wright – 12th May 2025. Late of Pond Park Road, Lisburn. Peacefully in her 70th year at the Cancer Centre (Belfast City Hospital).
Dearly loved wife of Mark. Much loved and loving mum to Sorana, her fiancé Ross and the late Robbie. Proud Nanny Ruby to Arthur, Jack and Aimee. Dear sister to Phyllis, Hazel and David.
Friends welcome at the family home on Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm. Service of thanksgiving in St John’s Parish Church, Stoneyford on Thursday 15th May at 2pm; followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.
