Jennifer WOODS (née O'Neill)

Date of Death: Saturday 25th October 2025 Town: Pomeroy

On behalf of myself, Colm, our children Conan, Tadhg, and Erin we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped us in any way following the heart-breaking loss of my beautiful wife & mother Jennifer Woods.

A heartfelt thank to Antrim Area Hospital and the City Hospital, Belfast for their gentle care given to Jennifer and generous support to us as a family.
From those who stood out in the rain helping with car parking, the people who provided food for those on the roadside, the guards of honour, the incredible singing and beautiful harp music. To everyone who cared for the children, brought food, sent messages, cards, made calls, visited, or simply held us in your thoughts and prayers – every single gesture has touched our hearts more than words can say.
A special Thank you to Fr. Moore for a very touching homily and his spiritual care since.
To Colleen from Niall A. Loughran Funeral Directors, your dedication and respect shown to Jennifer was very special to us also to the gravediggers who prepared Jennifer’s final resting place.
Thank you to Design by Therese for the beautiful floral arrangements provided.
To Maria’s chippy for the lovely meal provided in the hub after the funeral.
To all who supported or shared the GoFundMe page, your generosity and kindness have been truly humbling, and we will never forget it.
Although it’s impossible to name everyone individually, please know that I know who you are. Every act of kindness, every bit of help, every word of comfort – we’ve felt it all. Your support has carried us through the last few weeks and given us strength when we had none left.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Jennifer’s Months mind Mass will be held on Friday 21st November at 7.30pm in Church of the Assumption, Pomeroy.
