Acknowledgement

The family of the late Tony Wright wish to express their sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us in our recent bereavement of our beloved brother and uncle.

We are forever grateful to our extended family, neighbours, friends and to anyone who helped around the house at Tony’s wake. To all those who brought food, sent mass and sympathy cards and posted online tributes, we truly appreciate your kindness.

We would like to thank everyone who attended Tony’s wake and funeral mass, and to those who watched online. It gave us great strength and comfort knowing that Tony was so highly thought of within the local community and further afield.
We are sincerely grateful to the emergency services and to all the staff at the RVH for their dedicated and compassionate care shown to Tony in his final hours

A special word of thanks to Fr Michael McCaul for celebrating the funeral mass, to Clodagh Quinn for the beautiful music and singing and to everyone who participated in the mass. We would also like to thank McCusker Brothers and Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out, to all the staff at St Mary’s

Parochial Hall for the refreshments provided after the funeral and to the gravediggers.

There are not enough words to describe how deeply grateful we are to everyone that has reached out to us at this difficult time, and we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Tony’s month mind will be celebrated on Saturday 28th June at 7.30 pm in . May his gentle soul rest in peace.
