The family of the late Samuel Acheson MBE would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. Thank you to those who sent cards and messages, telephoned and attended the funeral.

The family are grateful for the generous donations to Air Ambulance NI, received in lieu of flowers. Thank you to Causeway Hospital and Antrim Area Hospital for their excellent care. Sincere thanks to Canon Malcolm Ferry for conducting the funeral service. Special thank you to the Royal Court Hotel for providing refreshments after the service.

Finally, thanks to Hugh Wade and Son Funeral Directors for their professionalism and kindness. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere appreciation.

ACHESON Samuel Alfred (Sam) MBE – 17th December 2023, peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital, late of 18 Bushmills Road, Coleraine.

Dearly loved son of the late Noel and Annie, loving brother of the late Marion, Brian and Robert.

House Private.

Funeral Service in Wades Funeral Home, Coleraine on Wednesday at 11.00am followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if wished, by making cheques payable to Air Ambulance NI c/o Ms Charlene Wade, 3 Upper Abbey Street, Coleraine, BT52 1BF.
