The family of the late Brian Armstrong, who passed away peacefully on 13th September 2021, wish to express our sincere thanks to the Rev Stephen Smyth who officiated at the funeral service in Inch Parish Church.

We wish to convey our sincere thanks to Charli Atalosis (Downe Hospital), Oliver Mallon (Hospice), Marie Curie Nurses, District and Community Nurses, Crossgar Surgery and Pharmacy.

We convey our thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours who called, brought gifts of food and made donations to Marie Curie Hospice.

Thanks to all who sent cards, letters and messages. Our sincere thanks to Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Directors for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a caring and professional manner.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks.

ARMSTRONG Brian died on 13th September 2021, peacefully at home.

Dearly beloved Husband of Florence, and much loved Father of Michael, Christopher and Helen, Dear Father-in-Law of Gillian and Derek, Loving Grandfather of Tara, Drew, Niamh, Lewis, Rebecca, Laura, Josh and Patrick.

Due to current guidelines house and funeral will be private for family only. Funeral from his late home on Wednesday 15th September at 1.30pm to Inch Parish Church for Funeral Service at 2pm. Interment afterwards in Inch Parish Graveyard. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

No flowers please by request. Donations may be made in lieu if desired to Marie Curie c/o Charles Rourke & Sons, Funeral Directors
