The family of our dear Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother would like to thank everyone for this kind words of sympathy, sent cards, called at the home, attended the funeral or helped in any other way.

Thanks to Doctors and staff of Roe Family Practice, Keith Kelly and his entire district nursing team for the excellent care given to Hannah over the years.
Also thanks Jackie and her team of podiatrists who attended Hannah also her social workers who often called.

Thanks to Canon Ferry for the way he conducted the funeral at the home and church.
Also to the gravedigger for doing a professional job and providing Hannah with her final resting place.

Also a final thankyou to Browns Funeral Directors, Kyra, Luke and Mervyn for the manner in which they carried out their funeral duties at the time of Hannah’s death, it was carried out with the utmost dignity.

Hannah will always be loved and remembered by her entire family.
