We the family of the late John Joseph Bennett, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent sad loss. To all whose who called at the family home and to all who attended the Funeral Mass.

A special word of thanks & gratitude to Fr Sean Larkin who supported John Joe and the family throughout this sad time. Also our family and friends who helped thoughout the wake. Also a special word of thanks to Clanrye Medical Practice, community palliative care team, District & Marie Curie Nurses and carers for all their care and kindness shown to John Joe. To all who donated in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie and a heartfelt thank you to Kathleen and Andrew Moore for all their help organising the music and the beautiful singing and to Terry the organist. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as token of our appreciation to all.

John Joe’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 10th April at 11.30am in SS Peter & Paul’s Church, Bessbrook.
Our Lady of Knock, pray for him.

BENNETT John Joseph, passed away on 10th March 2022, peacefully at home, in the care of his loving family. Late of 29 McGinn Park, Bessbrook, Co Armagh.

Beloved husband of the late Mona RIP, devoted father to John, Martin, Majella Millar, Joanne McEvoy and Anthony. Cherished Grandfather of Aoibheann, Aislinn, Catherine, Aoife, Sarah, Niamh, Eimear, Caolan, Ellen, Mia, Aimee and Niall and great grandfather to Grace and Ollie. Loving brother of Mary, Kathleen, Ann, Michael James, Peter, Moninna, Leonita, Pius and late Eileen RIP and caring father in law to Geraldine, Patricia, Jessica, Anthony and Frank.

John Joseph’s remains will leave his late residence 29 McGinn Park, Bessbrook at 10.15am on Saturday 12th March for 11am Requiem Mass in The Church of the Good Shepherd, Cloughreagh.
Interment in St Malachy’s Cemetery Carrickcruppen.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family, sisters, brothers, friends, neighbours and the entire family circle. Our Lady of Knock, pray for him.
