Jean BROGAN (née Alexander)

Date of Death: Tuesday 27th December 2022 Town: Killyclogher
Date of Death: Tuesday 27th December 2022

We, the family of the late Jean Brogan R.I.P., would like to express our sincerest appreciation to all those who sympathised, prayed, and supported us through the recent passing of our much loved mum, nanny, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, and friend. We sincerely thank our friends, good neighbours, wider family, and community who attended the wake and funeral Mass. Thanks to all those who sent or brought food or helped in any way during the wake, including PRO for providing outside street lighting. We thank those who lined the funeral route and the respect paid by the staff and businesses at Glendale. We have been overwhelmed and appreciate the many Mass and sympathy cards and messages of support sent to us.

A special word of thanks to Rev. Father Mc Elhennon P.P. for his spiritual guidance and for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Thank you to all who participated in the Mass including Ciara Fox and Aidan Kelly for the lovely music, the Eucharistic Ministers, and the Sacristan. Thank you also to Mc Atee Bros. Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger who prepared Mum’s final resting place.
Thanks also to Cappagh Parish for the hire of the Hall and Mc Brides Catering for the refreshments after the funeral Mass.

Thanks to all those who cared for Mum particularly over this past six months; the District Nursing Team, Omagh Group Pharmacy, Drumragh Family Practice, WHSCT Community Team, BOC, Marie Curie, and the domiciliary carers.
We also wish to thank all the health and care teams who provided care to our Mum on her recent admission to SWAH, her treatment in Ward 8 and discharge. It was only through their support and endeavour that we managed to get Mum home before Christmas.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Jean’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 4th February in St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher at 10am.
