We the family of the late Sean R.I.P wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us during the recent and sad loss.

We would like to thank Dr Gallagher, Sr Louise Campbell and the District Nurses and staff at Claudy Health Centre, also Dr Mc Conville and the Haematology Team, the Specialist Haematology Nurses, the staff of the a Sperrin Room, the staff of ward 50, 21 and 24 Altnagelvin Hospital, Marie Curie, Rapid Response,Hospice Home Care, Re-ablement Team and the Home Carers for all your time, care and attention.

Sincere thanks to those who attended the wake at the funeral home and to those who helped in anyway during the wake at the family home.

Thank you to all who sent messages of sympathy, mass cards and sympathy cards, brought food, floral tributes and made donations in lieu of flowers to Foyle Hospice and Marie Curie, your kindness and thoughts were greatly appreciated.

A special word of thanks to Fr David O’Kane for his spiritual support and the lovely funeral mass, to Fr Kevin for concelebrating and to Fr McDermott for his presence and prayers.
